I believe that we attract what we focus on and I believe that worry only attracts people and situations that create more things to worry about. This does not mean that concerns that you have are not legitimate, but worrying puts out an energy of powerlessness, lack of control, and even worse, victimization. Remain diligent, remain informed and identify what action you can take to make a difference. However, recognize the difference between controlled concerns and victimized worrying. Because those who are the victimizers can sense the difference as well.
