I am extremely excited to share that my article “Mindfulness: A Simpler Way to Alleviate Attorney Stress” was published in the American Bar Association’s GP Solo magazine this month.

In this article, I openly discuss my challenges with stress and anxiety as a result of my legal practice and how using mindfulness techniques such as yoga and meditation decreased my stress levels, increased my work productivity and improved my professional and personal relationships.
